Who we are

Customer Grab and The Dissector are operated by Customer Grab LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, #34702, Austin, TX 78731. “We” means Customer Grab LLC.

The free analysis

• The free analysis looks at public information about your business: your website, your Google listing, and how AI assistants answer questions about businesses like yours.
• Results are a snapshot at one moment. Search results and AI answers change, and some checks may show as not available or for manual review.
• The website preview is a concept built from your public business details. It is not a live replacement of your website and not a promise of rankings, calls or revenue.
• You may only request an analysis for a business you own or are authorized to represent.

Acceptable use

Don’t submit false information, someone else’s contact details, or automated requests. We may decline or stop any request, and we may limit how many analyses we run.

No warranty, limited liability

The analysis and preview are provided “as is”, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on them.

Paid services

If you sign up for Customer Grab, the Service Terms apply in addition to these terms.
