Service Terms

These terms are between you and Customer Grab LLC ("we", "us").

1. What you get

A website built for your business, hosted and maintained by us, plus the phone, text and review tools included in your plan. Site changes are requested by calling or texting your support number; we make them for you.

2. Payment and term

You pay the monthly fee for your plan, plus a one-time setup fee if your plan has one. Your plan's minimum term (3 months for Pay upfront, 6 months for No setup fee) applies first; after that the service continues month to month until you cancel.

3. Cancelling

After the minimum term you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. When service ends the website and tools are turned off.

4. Your domain and content

If you already own a domain, it stays yours. If we register a domain for you, we transfer it to you on request. Your business information and photos remain yours.

5. Text messaging

Business texting requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) under your business details. We file it for you; approval usually takes one to two weeks, and texting features start after approval.
