What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, business name, website, email, optional mobile number, city and state.
• Your choices about marketing emails and texts, with the exact wording you agreed to, the time and the page.
• Technical details of your request: IP address, browser, the page and campaign you came from.
• Whether you opened your report, your website preview or our pricing page, so our follow-up is relevant.
• Public information about your business: your website, Google listing, reviews and AI assistant answers.

How we use it

• To run your analysis, build your preview and send them to you.
• To check that an email address or phone number can receive messages (this does not verify who owns them).
• To send marketing emails or texts only if you opted in, and to stop them when you opt out.
• To prevent abuse and keep our service secure.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the service, for example hosting, AI models that analyze public information and draft messages, email and text delivery, contact checks, a CRM, and payment processing. They receive only the data they need to do that work for us.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Analysis requests and reports for up to 24 months after your last activity; consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to honor them and show compliance.
